Many advisors, whether part of a large firm or running a solo practice, face the challenge of shifting from a reactive approach to a proactive, highly efficient one. That's precisely what Archr 2.0 is designed to achieve.

What makes Archr 2.0 truly special is that the majority of its groundbreaking features came directly from you, our incredible Quivr community! For months, we knew our workflow engine had room for improvement. So, we didn't just guess; we asked. Six dedicated individuals – operations directors, managers, and even solo advisors – joined a special workflow cohort. Over four months, we collaborated closely with them to transform their pain points and brilliant ideas into the intuitive, powerful solution we're releasing. This user-driven approach ensures Archr 2.0 truly reflects the best practices and real-world needs of financial advisory firms.

What's New in Archr 2.0?

Archr is Quivr's operational framework, where you build all your processes, procedures, and automations. This update elevates that foundation, making complex workflows more visual, flexible, and insightful.

Here’s a glimpse of the key enhancements:

  1. Enhanced Workflow Visualization:

    • Zoom & Mini-Map: No more squinting at large, clunky workflows! You can now zoom in and out, and use a mini-map to easily navigate complex processes, making them incredibly readable.

    • Solid vs. Dashed Lines: Quickly identify conditional logic within your workflows. Solid lines indicate a straightforward progression, while dashed lines signal a decision point.

  2. Intelligent Conditional Logic:

    • Workflows now adapt to your specific needs. When a task with a dashed line is completed, you'll be prompted to make a decision, choosing the next path for the workflow.

    • Five Options:

      • Not Conditional: The traditional, straightforward path.

      • Pick Any Number of Paths: Choose one, multiple, or no subsequent tasks.

      • Only One Path: Force a decision – go left or go right, but pick just one. This is perfect for "good fit" vs. "not a good fit" scenarios.

      • At Least One/Two Paths: Ensure that a minimum number of paths are selected to move forward, ideal for categorizing new clients (e.g., insurance and RIA clients).

  3. In-Task Workflow Visibility:

    • We've added a workflow tracker directly within each workflow-related task. This means you no longer have to guess where you are in a process!

    • See a flowchart of your current workflow, highlighting completed (green), in-progress (yellow), and upcoming (blue/grey) steps.

    • Hotlinks: Click on any step in the tracker or flowchart to instantly jump to that task, review notes, and see progress.

  4. Seamless Collaboration with Notes:

    • You can now add crucial notes directly within workflow steps as you complete them. These notes are automatically timestamped and appear in the comments of the next task, ensuring important context flows seamlessly between team members. No more scrambling for information!

  5. "Abandon Workflow" Button:

    • Sometimes, a workflow needs to stop. This new button allows you to gracefully abandon a process, marking it as incomplete. This is particularly useful for tracking things like prospective clients who don't move forward, giving you valuable data on your sales funnel.

  6. Household Page Enhancements:

    • Related Parties Display: Your CPA, attorney, and other related contacts are now clearly displayed directly on the household page, saving you clicks.

    • Activity Tabs for Workflows: The activity section now features dedicated tabs for "Open Workflows," "Completed Workflows," and "Abandoned Workflows." This provides unprecedented insight into your firm's operational health.

    • Powerful Reporting: Query and report on all workflow data! Firm owners and CCOs can now easily see how many qualified annual reviews are completed, how many are outstanding, and even track team performance, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the board.
