How Your Data Is Managed

When you install and use our package, all of your company’s data remains entirely within your own Salesforce organization ("org"). Quivr does not store, host, process, or transmit your customer data to any external servers, nor do our staff have access to your Salesforce data or environment without your consent. You retain complete ownership, administration, and control over your data at all times.

Because our solution operates entirely within your Salesforce instance, your data is protected by Salesforce's industry-leading enterprise security, compliance frameworks, and privacy controls.
